At Maison Fermontes there is a table tennis table with plenty of pools and balls.
On the left are the two covered terraces, the first with a double bed and the rear with a dining table, sitting area and lounger. On the right under the trees is a large outdoor table.
On the left the garden room with the terrace with outdoor bed, in the middle the hall with patio doors and on the right the terrace near the living room/kitchen with the studio underneath.

The house is almost entirely on one level, because the ground slopes. On this side the terrace near the living room/kitchen is just above the ground, on the other side you are quite high and have a beautiful view of the large garden.

The Dutchtub with a view of the house behind it. The garden is 3500 m2 and the Dutchtub is ideal for cooling off in the summer months when no open fire is allowed. In the colder months, it's great to burn wood and drink a beer or wine in the steaming tub.
