The valley of the Dordogne River is famous for its picturesque villages and the varied landscape of forests, meadows, hedgerows, hedgerows and streams.

In the summer you can make unlimited use of the 9x4 swimming pool.
If you cross the quiet country road you will come to ancient paths, wedged between hedges and hedgerows, which take you past watermills and country houses. You pass through flowering meadows and fairytale hillside forests with springs and streams. At the end of the walk you get fresh bread from the bakery who still bakes with a wood oven. If you come in the spring, you will find the site full of hundreds of flowering orchids. In the summer, the butterflies steal the show. Wonderful to be enchanted by their splendour of colours on a languid afternoon in the flower meadow.
And if you feel like culture, you don't have to go far. Within a radius of only a few kilometres around Issartoux, there are several of the most beautiful villages that make up the prestigious list of the "Plus Beaux Villages de France".
Walking, cycling, visiting towns or lazing by the pool, it's all possible here.
