The house is almost entirely on 1 level, because the ground slopes. On this side is the terrace off the living room just above the ground, the other side is higher with beautiful views of the garden.

In the garden is the old oak after which the house is named.
The house is located on a hill and has a beautiful view.
Around the house are 3 terraces that offer sun or shade depending on the day.
The living room/kitchen, utility room, bathroom and bedrooms are all on the ground floor.
Brought bicycles can be safely stored in the field shed. A piece has been fenced around this shed so that your dog can enjoy being outside without you having to pay attention to him/her.
The ultimate place to start the day with a croissant.
This is the ideal place for real sunbathers. This terrace is also the ideal place to enjoy the sunset.
The house stands on its own grounds of about 800m2 and is surrounded by fields and forest.
The old fireplace with Jotul wood stove for a cozy evening in spring, autumn or winter.
The open kitchen is bright, spacious and fully equipped. The stairs lead to the loft where there is a 3-person sofa and the television.
The spacious bathroom has two sinks.
The bathroom has a spacious shower.
The toilet is also located in the bathroom.
The house has two bedrooms. One room with two single beds (90 x 200) and the other with a double bed (160 x 200)
The swimming pool of our Campsite Lagoudalie in Dégagnac. As a tenant of the house you can swim here for free. The campsite is only an 8-minute drive from the house!
