Quiet location but not isolated by the neighboring house on the other side of the road. The farm is adjacent to forest and is 2 km from the village where everything is (bakery, supermarket and restaurant).
The farmhouse consists of a large living room with 3 sofas and a wood stove, an adjoining kitchen with cupboard, a spacious hallway with toilet and a double bedroom with private shower and sink. From the hallway you reach the 2 person bedroom on the ground floor with its own shower and sink, and a door to the terrace. From the living room a staircase leads to the attic floor where there is a double and a single bedroom with a bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. The walls of the attic are slanted but you can stand well.
Attached to the house is a play barn with ping pong table, shuffleboard and football game, and behind the barn is a lawn with swimming pool, terrace, sun loungers and seating.
The area is hilly, offers many beautiful villages, markets, brocantes, well-marked hiking trails. canoeing opportunities and fine restaurants. At 7 km away is the Lac du Tolerme with beach and water sports.
