The holiday home is located just south of Cahors. Is detached on a hill overlooking a valley. There are two more houses in the area. In one of them lives our French representative who does the honors (key, information, cleaning arrange, help with problems).
The house is L-shaped and built of the local beautiful natural stone (belle pieres).
Solar panels have recently been installed on the roof and there is heating and air conditioning in every room via two heat pumps. present.
Layout
It consists of a living room with a large cheminee, a well-equipped kitchen. The house is fully equipped for 6-8 people. There is an electric oven, a 4 burner electric hob and all kinds of equipment such as refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, air fryer and dishwasher.
3 bedrooms with two double beds and one single bed. Blankets and duvets provided. Sheets and towels included. There are still a few beds in the attic.
There are two bathrooms with toilet and shower. There is also a washing machine.
The house is wheelchair accessible.
Everything is on one level (except for the attic), but the house is built on a slope, so there is a staircase to the "ground floor" at the back. This is not the case at the front.
There is TV (also Dutch channels) and a radio CD player. There are shutters everywhere in front of the windows.
The swimming pool is for private use by the tenants. It is maintained by a caretaker.
