A great place to take a break from today's worries.

Everything is on one level, no thresholds or stairs and a private parking lot in front of the door!
The location is in a forest, completely enclosed with oak trees and greenery in the garden.

PLEASE NOTE: The holiday home can be booked for a minimum of 2 weeks and for a maximum of 4 people.

Visited in August 2018 Villa Pepy is a great holiday. Very quiet location, fully furnished, great garden furniture and a great shelter. The shelter is a solution when it is warm (shade) and it is wonderful to sit under the shelter to muse in the evening with a glass of wine or read a book. The Dordogne and the Lot are easy to travel. We enjoyed it and we thank Elly and Henk for your great service. Highly recommended and attractively priced!

Explanation of prices

Included in the rental price are:
Electricity, gas, tourist tax, WIFI, TV with Dutch channels.
JBL radio, also possible to stream via your radio music app.
Bed linen, towels.
( beds are made upon arrival ).

Use of washing machine and dishwasher (in moderation due to expensive energy)
Use of electric Weber barbecue. ( CLEAN again after use!! )
Your own barbecue with gas or coal is prohibited due to fire hazard!

Not included:
final cleaning for 65 euros.

No pets and absolutely NO smoking.
Washing powder/tablets for dishwasher and washing machine.
NB:
When using the Pellet Stove, bags of pellets are required (these are wooden pellets.) The tenant must purchase these himself in Gourdon (including Carrefour, Intermarche, Bricomarche, etc.)
The first 2 bags of pellets are free, these are already available in the Gite!
