'Le Noyer' has a large terraced garden (3600 m²) on different levels with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the village of Désaignes.

Covered veranda with mobile table (8 persons) and outdoor fireplace. A mobile barbecue is available. The three terraces are adjacent to the living room and kitchen.
From the garden there is a staircase to the brook and gives access to the private waterfall. This is a wonderful playground for children. The height of the water in the stream and the waterfall varies by season or rainfall.
In the spacious living room you experience the interplay of 'inside and outside' with light appropriate to the time of day.
The wood-burning stove keeps the entire house pleasantly warm in summer and winter.
Well-equipped modern open kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, refrigerator, five-burner stove and large oven. The kitchen is equipped with spices and oil.
'Le Noyer' has two heated bathrooms: one has a double sink, bath & shower (photo) and toilet. The other bathroom has a double sink, shower, toilet and bidet.
Bedroom 1: Le Noyer has four bedrooms with two excellent beds. Each bed has a box spring mattress. The beds in three bedrooms are extra long (90×220 cm). The rent includes bed linen and towels (large and small).

The house with covered terrace overlooks the hills, the village and the 'Trois Becs' massif.
The swimming pool is heated from May to October.
You enter the spacious and cozy living room through the terrace doors
Plenty of seating, large TV with Dutch channels
There are several seating areas, such as here under the pergola in the shade.
There is plenty of space at the pool to relax. There is also a separate toilet and a screened outdoor shower with cold and hot water.
The access between the pool and the house is closed with a gate.
The view is phenomenal everywhere...
