Villa Le Noyer (built in 2010) is a wonderful holiday spot.

Le Noyer has an official quality mark of four stars (clé's) from the French tourist organization Clévacances.

Starlink Internet (WiFi) is available. There is a TV screen with Chromecast and HDMI cable.

'Le Noyer' is suitable for rent all year round. The house is very well insulated, wonderfully cool in summer and pleasantly heated in winter by a Janus wood stove and electric heating.

Through the terraced garden (3600 m²) you reach the "Sialle" stream with a waterfall, located directly next to the house. An ideal sheltered place for splashing around; it is a wonderful playground for children.

The information at a glance:
• The house is equipped with a radio and CD player with CDs.
• Four bedrooms, each with two beds with a box spring mattress. The beds in three bedrooms are extra long (90×220 cm); the two beds in the fourth bedroom are 90x200 cm. The beds in all bedrooms can be attached to each other or remain separate as desired. The bed linen is included in the rental price.
• There are two cots; including linen. Info for parents of young children: there is a toilet, a smaller child-friendly toilet seat and night lighting. The stairs have an option to close in the mezzanine.
• Two bathrooms with electric heating. One bathroom has a double sink, toilet, shower and bidet; the other bathroom has a double sink, toilet, shower and bath. Towels are included in the rental price.
• Spacious terrace, partly covered, with a fireplace. A portable BBQ is available (in the garage).
• Drinking water is 100% spring water and comes from the Désaignes spring

• Excellently equipped kitchen (including spices); second large refrigerator with freezer in the garage.
