Villa 'Le Noyer' (built in 2010) is a wonderful holiday spot. It is a detached house with a large terrace garden. Through this garden (3600 m²) you reach the stream "Sialle" with its own waterfall, located right next to the house. An ideal sheltered place to splash around; It is a wonderful playground for children.

Le Noyer has an official four-star seal of approval (clé's) from the French tourist organization Clévacances.

Starlink-Internet (WiFi) is available. There is a TV screen with Chromecast and HDMI cable. 

'Le Noyer' is suitable for rent all year round. The house is very well insulated, wonderfully cool in summer and pleasant to heat in winter by a Janus wood stove and electric heating. 

The information at a glance:
• The house is equipped with a radio and CD player with CDs.
• Four bedrooms with two beds each with a box spring mattress. The beds of three bedrooms are extra long (90×220 cm); The two beds of the fourth bedroom are 90x200 cm. The beds in all bedrooms can be attached to each other or remain separate from each other at will. Bed linen is included in the rental price.
• There are two cots; Including linen. Info for parents of young children: there is a potty, a smaller child-friendly toilet seat and night lighting. The staircase has a possibility to close off on the mezzanine. 
• Two bathrooms with electric heating. One bathroom has a double sink, toilet, shower and bidet; The other bathroom has a double sink, toilet, shower and bath. Towels are included in the rental price.
• Spacious terrace, partly covered, with a fireplace. A movable bbq is available (in the garage).
• Drinking water is 100% spring water and comes from the source of Désaignes
