Located on a large plot of land, with a pond, this property is ideal for recharging your batteries.
It is in all simplicity and pleasure that this house will welcome you. The owners were keen to furnish the house to personalise it and give it a unique character.
After a few steps to the front door, the ground floor opens onto the fitted kitchen, as well as a fireplace area.
From the kitchen, on one side, a door leads to a sunny veranda. Following this, a hallway, with a few steps, leads to a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the other side, there is a living room with patio doors opening onto a long covered balcony.
A first staircase leads up to a mezzanine area with two single beds overlooking the kitchen/dining room. A second staircase leads down to the garden level. On this level there is a small room with two single beds for children, a double bedroom and a bathroom with toilet.
In the garden, sheltered by a hedge, the swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. A large private park with pond ensures privacy and tranquility.
The property also has an optional cottage that can accommodate up to 2 additional people, equipped with a small living room (pay attention to the height of the head in the living room), a bright and original kitchen, a shower room/toilet and a double bedroom on the mezzanine.
The price shown corresponds to a capacity for 6 people in the main house.
