La Rosette is a detached 2-storey house located on a hill, just outside the rustic village of Marnac (190 inhabitants) in the Dordogne department. It is ideal for anyone looking for the combination of a comfortable house (with pool!) in a quiet place and a wide range of activities nearby. The house is very suitable for families: the children will not be bored with the puzzles , coloring books, pool toys and games. Nearby are a water park, the Dordogne river and beautiful medieval towns. In short: a wonderful place close to all the sights of the region, but just outside the tourist crowds in the summer.
