This family house of two floors with a living area of ??240 m2 situated on a plot of 1800 m2 and has a beautiful view of the valley through which flows the River Dordogne. The house is located in the hilly area named Périgord, a beautiful region with many
medieval towns and villages, prehistoric caves and castles. There are also plenty of opportunities for sports activities around the river such as swimming, canoeing and tree climbing.

From the living room with open kitchen you step onto a covered terrace with a large table for breakfast, dinner or for enjoying the wonderful view. From the terrace can be given to the children in the pool or in the hot tub fun .There is also a pool-house next to the pool with kitchen refrigerator, can sit here with great, relax and enjoy a drink.
The kids can jump on the trampoline, playing table tennis or fluctuate further in the house different games and toys available in particular for children. There is a good and fast internet connection. In the evening sun can be the wonderful game jeu the boule.

Our new house has 4 bedrooms and is comfortably furnished for example two families. The house has an upstairs master bed room with a shower and sink. Downstairs are three cool bedrooms, a bathroom, hallway and laundry room.
