Gîte Le Pigeonnier (4 people + 1 baby) offers you the charm of a Périgourdine residence and the comfort of modern times. Like the owner's main house, the oldest parts of this gîte date back to the 17th century. Completely restored and restyled in 2024.
The Pros: a private terrace (pool view) and a large balcony.
Located in a quiet, shady and natural environment.

Bathroom: Shower, sinks, washing machine;

Exterior: Terrace, balcony and shaded area in the garden.

Swimming pool : shared with guests of other accommodations.

We are Marc and Denise.
After 35 years of experience in tourism and catering (also in the Dordogne), we were able to "change course" in 2021 and ended up in this special place.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Included in the rental price: Bed linen and household linen 1x pp per stay. The bed is made on arrival. Water, electricity. Final cleaning. Swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to mid-September.

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge.
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 30 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 30 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

This house can accommodate up to 4 people + 1 baby (under 2 years old). We reserve the right to refuse any additional refusal.
