Les Hirondelles

Les Hirondelles Paunat in Perigord Noir is beautifully situated between fields and forests. The cozy house is surrounded by an area of ??about 2,000 m2. There are 2 outdoor terraces, one off the kitchen with morning for breakfast and a south west facing for supper. There is also a grove where children can play. Hammocks are also available! The pool (5 x 10 m - private use) is not heated but in the summer a lovely temperature thanks to its southern orientation. The orientation is ideal, so you can enjoy the entire afternoon in the sun on the pool and terrace. The interior is cozy and equipped with every modern comfort.

In the winter of 2014-2015 the house was completely rebuilt and redecorated. A nice open space was created with the open kitchen with island, dining room and living room form a whole. By means of a bay window is extra light provided in this space. All electricity, plumbing and central heating was renewed, and all electrical appliances, mattresses, etc. The pictures give a good impression of the new format.

Les Hirondelles is located in the village Paunat in the 'Périgord Noir', approximately in the middle of the triangle formed by the towns of Bergerac, Perigueux and Sarlat-la-Caneda.
The house was built in 1901 by a woodcutter and is surrounded by a beautiful piece of land of 1,900 ^m2.
The authenticity of the house, with its white exterior walls and red shutters, is preserved, but the interior was adapted to the needs and requirements of today, in which one represents light and space appreciated. The alterations made for this. Moreover, the year before already redone the roof and the patio was enlarged considerably so that it is now a fully covered patio with fireplace that provides cozy warmth when it cools down at night.

The also completely renovated bathroom has a bath, shower (rain type 'regular showerhead and jets), sink and toilet. Here is also the washing machine. There is also equipped with a separate toilet.
On the first floor there are 2 cozy children's bedrooms, each with two single beds.
The availability of an extra bedroom downstairs Les Hirondelles now accommodate up to 8 people.
Since the rooms upstairs have a layer truss they are more suitable for children or young adults.
4 adults and 4 children is Les Hirondelles so ideal. Families who like to go with another family on vacation can therefore correct in Les Hirondelles. Each couple has its own bedroom with washing facilities and the children have their bedrooms upstairs.

Here you will experience even the real 'peace'. There are no immediate neighbors and you see not a single house from the breakfast terrace, pool or patio. The nearest neighbors live on the other side of the house,
where there is no view. There is very little traffic on the street past the house, since the road is not a thoroughfare. Only local traffic uses this road so.
