Welcome to "Les Hauts de Trémolat", the place where you can fully discover the Dordogne. Our house is located in the Périgord Noir, in Trémolat. As you will see from the photos, during your stay you can enjoy an exceptional view from the terrace or from the swimming pool of the Dordogne Valley.

The house is the ideal base to discover the region. Anyone who already knows the Périgord knows that the famous tourist attractions are mainly located in the center and in the south. That's where our holiday home is located! From authentic restaurants , squares, museums, shops to large markets, castles, gardens and parks, (water) sports and so much more!

The house can welcome a total of 6 people . Moreover, your faithful four-legged friend is more than welcome, but always mention this first.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a separate kitchen and living room. In the garden you will find several places to relax, for example at the new private swimming pool with exceptional views (7mx3.5mx1.4m). There is a covered terrace where you can relax.

We are Kim and Caroline and we moved to the beautiful Dordogne in 2022. Here we rent and manage holiday homes from other owners. You can always contact us with questions. You can also count on us during your stay in one of "our" houses if anything arises.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Bed linen can be obtained for €10 pp
No extra charge for dog, but must be discussed in advance
Deposit €250
Final cleaning at €150

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
