Beau Rivage is an old fully restored country house for 8 people with a large private swimming pool and is located in the Limeuil area. The house is beautifully situated in the green with lots of privacy and nice shady places for the beautiful summers in the Dordogne. The picturesque village of Limeuil is where the Vézère and Dordogne rivers meet. It is a wonderful holiday spot to discover the Dordogne.

Perigueux and Sarlat are nearby and all amenities, such as supermarkets and pharmacies, can be found in Le Bugue. In this town you will find tasty eateries, boutiques with regional products and a lively weekly market.

On the ground floor is the large fully equipped (dining) kitchen, with patio doors to the courtyard. In addition, the spacious living room with a cozy sitting area and fireplace, a large dining table with a view of the balustrade of the landing of the first floor. In the summer it is wonderfully cool here.
Bedroom 1: is located on the ground floor, has a large sofa bed and French doors to the terrace in the courtyard. In the hall next to it is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the first floor are the next three bedrooms, and there is a loft with a play area for small children.
Bedroom 2: is the master bedroom and has a large twin bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. The French doors give access to a spacious balcony with an outside staircase to the courtyard.
Bedroom 3: is a children's bedroom with two single beds.
Bedroom 4: is an attractive, very spacious bedroom and has a double bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

Around the house is a spacious garden with places in the sun, but also with plenty of shade. It is a true paradise for children because there is a large trampoline and a swimming pool of 4 by 10 meters. 5 minutes away is the picturesque Limeuil (one of the Plus Beaux Villages de France) where it is also possible to swim in the river or take a canoe trip. Enjoy the peace and atmosphere around the country house and the varied possibilities that the area offers.
