The entrance is directly into the living room with a dining/living area and a small kitchen area.
A few steps lead you to a corridor which leads to the shower room and a separate toilet on one side and a double bedroom on the other side, with direct access to the outside.
Via the staircase you access the attic double bedroom on the mezzanine, with views of the pool and the river.
The outdoor area is composed of a terrace and a beautiful and quiet garden on the banks of the Dordogne. Ideal for your kayaking and canoeing trips. There is also a ping pong table available.
There is also a private salt water swimming pool, secured by an electric cover.
All outdoor spaces are reserved for the exclusive use of the rental.
Located 10 minutes from the village village, you can come on foot, enjoy the terraces and restaurants of Trémolat.
