As far as you can see there is peace, space and nature. A short walk through our fields and forests will take you to the river La Dronne, at the bottom of the valley.
The central part of the house has a spacious kitchen. A comfortable sitting area by the wood stove and a nice kitchen to prepare all the delicacies of the French market for a cozy aperitif or dinner.
Eating can be done inside, but is of course much more fun outside. In the sun or rather in the shade of the centuries-old lime tree? There is a BBQ and a fire pit for the evening.
The master bedroom has its own access to the bathroom.
The holiday home is the perfect combination of rustic & comfort
The bathroom has a hanging toilet, large sink, washing machine and a spacious shower with double shower head.
The left part of the house offers space for two bedrooms. One of them has two bunk beds, so there is room for everyone!
The third bedroom has two separate beds, which can also be combined into a twin bed.
Peace and space around the house. In summer, the swimming pool meets the need to cool off. Do you want more space to swim? This can be done in one of the nearby swimming lakes in Nantheuil, Saint Saud or Saint Eustephe. There is also a lake on our own estate.
In short: the perfect house to enjoy a relaxing holiday alone, with family or friends in the middle of La Douce France.

Poplars flank the road, they are full of bird glue, better known as mistletoe.

The mulberry provides shade in the afternoon. Good place to park.

The field starts at the bottom of the backyard. A different crop every year (rapeseed, sunflowers, corn, etc.).

The pine tree provides welcome shade.
The wood stove provides comfort in spring and autumn. In the summer months, there is a heating ban.

A lovely restaurant in Saint-Emilion.
Shaded terrace in the historic heart of Saint-Emilion, about 40 minutes by car.
The best wine is in the glass!
Don't forget to make a reservation (online) if you want to hit a ball.
Aubeterre sur Dronne at about 15 minutes by car has cozy terraces and shopping streets, but also a lot of history. Worth it.
