Spend your holiday at the quiet and spacious holiday park Village Le Chat in South-West France. This is where we offer our holiday home. From Utrecht it is approximately 930 kilometers away. Our holiday home is suitable for a maximum of 6 people and is fully equipped, such as a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fiber optic internet and a satellite receiver with all Dutch channels. There is a cozy fireplace and games are available. The terrace faces southwest on a nice secluded garden. The total area of the plot is approximately 500 m2.

Our house consists of a living room with open kitchen and access to the terrace, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate second toilet. One bathroom has a bath and sink, the other bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. There is one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. The terrace outside is partly covered and equipped with garden furniture. In the storage room there is a second refrigerator with freezer, a barbecue and a large parasol.

Duvets and pillows are provided. You must provide your own bed linen, kitchen linen and (bath) towels. The manager will receive you upon arrival. You can also contact him with all your questions or if there is something wrong with the house.

The bungalow park is located in a hilly area, surrounded by forests and meadows, with many rivers, lakes and beautiful castles. The park offers many facilities including two tennis courts, heated swimming pool and paddling pool, table tennis tables, jeu de boules court, mini golf, football and volleyball field, small playing field and a recreational lake with a beach. Guests of village Le Chat are allowed to fish in the lake without a permit.

The 18-hole la Prèze golf course is located next to the park. In the area there are also beautiful walking routes, cycling routes and challenging MTB tracks where you can enjoy the nature and beauty of the French countryside. Explore the charming nearby towns and discover the local culture, gastronomy and historical sites that the Charante has to offer.

The holiday home has been in our family since it was built in 1979. It used to be our parents with whom we spent countless holidays there and now we have taken over the care of the house as three brothers. We have wonderful memories of the house, the park and the surrounding area and hope that you enjoy it as much as we have always done and still do.

Explanation of the prices
Rental prices do not include mandatory cleaning costs of €95 per booking and €150 deposit. The deposit will be refunded to your bank account number within two weeks after your departure, provided the house is left damage-free and tidy.

Cancellation policy
The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
