Spacious bungalow with large terrace and garden in the bungalow park "Village le Chat" in the Charente on the border with the Dordogne. In 2021 we renovated the exterior and laid out a beautiful tiled terrace. Arrival on Saturday or Sunday.

Living room is furnished with a large leather sofa and 2 chairs and a dining area with a large table and 4 chairs. Smart television with NLZiet subscription with all Dutch channels. Own fiber optic and wifi. Open kitchen fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pan set, refrigerator, large microwave / oven, coffee maker, kettle, induction hob and dishwasher. The kitchen will be equipped with completely new equipment in 2022.

Bedrooms (2): One bedroom has a twin bed, the other 2 single beds. The bathroom has a sink and shower. Separate toilet.
Garden furniture and two large parasols are available on the terrace. Separate room with washing machine and extra fridge freezer.
You can park your car at the holiday home.

The park has a nice large swimming pool and a separate fenced children's pool. Furthermore, tennis courts, playground, table tennis, miniature golf and a large lake where you can swim. Next to the park you can use the renowned La Prèze golf course.

July is the perfect time for many sunflower fields.
This is a lake of Lavaud near Pressignac where it is nice to walk and where you can swim. Here is an English pub with restaurant called Le Soleil Couchant and across the road is the Camping du Lac
