La Vie du Moulin is a modern white holiday house designed by a local architect, located in a rural area 2 minutes from the town of Gignac in the south-west of France.
Interior
The house has an open living room, a modern kitchen and 2 full bedrooms (for 4 people and a child), it also has a separate room (between the living room and the bedrooms) with a folding bed (for max 2 ps) and is making it ideal for a family or two
set! There are two bathrooms in the light and spacious holiday home. The rooms are all attractive and decorated with care. The white wooden floor, together with the concrete and wooden accessories and black details, forms one
warm and chic whole. There is air conditioning throughout the house for warmer days.
Outside
Outside you will find yourself in a Mediterranean atmosphere... This is ensured by the fine wooden terrace that is adorned by a pergola where you can sit in the shade or in the lovely sun. . In the summer you will spend all day here; breakfast together, lunch in the shade of the roof and an extensive barbecue in the evening. While you rest and look out over the rolling green fields near the swimming pool, the children can enjoy themselves for hours in the water and on the lawn. This holiday home owes its name to the mill just 400 meters away, be sure to take a look there. Beautiful views from the front of the house, you can even see the snowy peaks of the Auvergne
to see on clear days!
Surroundings
Many trips are possible in the area; visit typical local villages and lively markets, play golf just 10km away, swim or canoe in/on the Dordogne or enjoy water sports on the Lac du Causse (15 mins drive) or take a healthy hike in the beautiful surroundings.
