The house can best be described as an authentic and cozy house. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and utility room. But the real house is outside.

The Villa is located on the rocks "directly" by the sea and has a terrace that is "above" the sea. From the terrace you can take a private staircase to the sea, where you can snorkel and dive. At 50 meters from the house you will find a small beach from where you can easily reach the sea (especially as a dive site) so you can easily bottle your dive in the sea.

The house is located on the outskirts of the small town of Sint Michiel. (no tourist center). Within 10 minutes you are in the center of Willemstad. A large supermarket is 5 minutes from the Sea Side Villa. And right in front of the house (private stairs to the ocean) is one of the top dive sites (Snake Bay) of Curacao.

The Villa is suitable for 2 to 4 people as well as for 6 to 8 people. It is a cozy place that will not be too big for 2 people and - due to the extra hidden space - is also easy to use for 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms with a king bed and a bedroom with 2 queen beds.

Additional amenities include: coffee maker, hair dryer, high chair, fan/extractor, CD player, patio/deck/terrace, parking - on street, gas, utensils provided, shower, kettle, smoking allowed outside, iron, linens provided, ironing board.

The Sea Side Villa is one of the most beautiful places in Curaçao, located 7748 km from Amsterdam and 3349 km from Miami. Visitors are allowed to use their own sign on the pole behind it.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

During the Christmas periods, we ask for a minimum occupancy of 6 guests.

By completing the booking, you agree to the rental conditions of NOOM B.V. The full terms and conditions are available on request.

Summary of the general rental conditions:

The accommodation may not be used by more than the number of adults and children specified in your reservation.
All guests adhere to the "good neighbor policy" of NOOM B.V. and will refrain from illegal activities. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
NOOM B.V. does not allow pets unless specifically stated in your reservation.
The tenant must be at least 21 years old (or the minimum age indicated for renting the accommodation, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Smoking (including shisha) is not allowed in the accommodation and on the premises.
Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the property or on the premises.
The tenant is liable for any damage to and in the accommodation and on the premises and agrees to charge the charge to the credit card/deposit on file in case of damage during the stay.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund. After that (unless otherwise stated in the property description and the specific conditions of the accommodation), if you cancel 30 or more days before the first night of your reservation, you will receive a refund of the amount you made, minus the reservation fee. No refunds will be given for no-shows or if you cancel less than 30 days before the first night of your reservation.
Travel and cancellation insurance: We recommend that you purchase travel and cancellation insurance to protect against charges if you need to cancel your reservation for an insurance reason.
