Kas Kolo has recently (June 2026) undergone a complete renovation, improving the stay and making it more comfortable, while maintaining its historic character. Although no new photos are available yet, the villa has been carefully updated to optimize your stay.
Otrobanda, which means "the other side", is located directly opposite Punda, across the street from the iconic Queen Emma Bridge, and is one of the most vibrant and up-and-coming districts on the island. Trendy, artistic and full of energy: you will find a lively mix of local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants just a few steps from the house. Within walking distance is Kurá Hulanda Village, where you can discover art, culture, restaurants and boutique shops. Or stroll to Brionplein, where regular festivals and events bring the neighbourhood to life.

Our nightly rate includes accommodation and WIFI. In addition, there is a fixed surcharge per night for water and electricity consumption. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary costs, we kindly ask guests to be aware of this.
A one-time cleaning fee per stay will also be charged. This includes professional pre-arrival cleaning and standard final cleaning. Please note that excessive pollution may incur additional charges at the guest's expense. Intermediate cleaning is available on request at an additional cost and includes fresh linen and towels.
