We are Michel and Evelien. We bought this apartment in the summer of 2023 and renovated it to our own taste to make a fresh start. Hopefully you will also like it very much so that you will have an unforgettable holiday here.

Enjoy this beautifully located 2-bedroom condo on Blue Bay Beach & Golf (secured) resort. The apartment complex is quietly located, a 7-minute walk from the beautiful beach, has a luxurious communal swimming pool with sunbeds and a very spacious private terrace with shade cloth. The apartment is equipped with every luxury for a perfect holiday. Enjoy the parrots flying by, and the view of how could it be otherwise the beautiful palm trees that blow in our wonderful pasat wind. Come and enjoy Palm View Curacao on Green View 1!

The space
This ground floor apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have brand new beds. Through the spacious living room with open kitchen you enter the terrace through the patio doors. Here you will find a dining area, two chairs and two sunbeds. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The terrace is equipped with a shade cloth. Enjoy the Caribbean evening breeze from your terrace with a beautiful view of the tropical garden.

Apartment Green View 1 is located on the beautiful Blue Bay Beach & Golf Resort. Enjoy the clear Caribbean bay. Relax on the beautiful sandy beach under one of the palapas. Golf on one of the most beautiful 18-hole courses. Dine at good and cozy restaurants. Dive, tennis, hike, exercise, sail, kayak, or dance in the sand during happy hours. Or do nothing at all while the children are having fun. At this secure and meticulously maintained resort, every day is a paradisiacal experience.

The rate does not include
✔ The economic use of energy and water is very important to us. However, the energy consumption of the air conditioners, refrigerator and other equipment in the apartment is low but depends a lot on your usage. The air conditioners in particular use a lot of energy.
The normal consumption of water (0.25 m3 per day) and electricity (15 Kwh per day) is included.
We then assume that the air conditioning only runs at night.
Additional consumption will be charged via the security deposit. $9 per m3 will be charged for water and $0.50 per kWh for electricity.
We will inform you about these meter readings at check-in and check-out. If you have any questions about this, please let us know!

✔ We charge Eur 350 as a deposit, which will be returned to you within 7 days after departure of your stay.

We are Michel and Evelien and we live with our children Riff and Kiki on Curaçao.
We love to travel, sun, sea, beach and especially the Caribbean where the water is bluer than blue and the beaches whiter than white.
This is also one of the reasons why we live here and also open up our holiday paradise to you.

You can see and do so many beautiful things under and above water!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Payment schedule 50% due at time of booking.
Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy 50% of prepayments paid are refundable if canceled 30 days prior to arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled afterwards.
Damage deposit a pre-authorization of EUR 350.00 is due 0 days before arrival and will be released 7 days after departure.

Remark:
Electricity and water are valuable commodities in Curaçao. We therefore request that you take consumption into account during your stay. In case of extreme use of these resources, additional charges may apply.
The normal consumption of water (0.25 m3 per day) and electricity (15 Kwh per day) is included. We will inform you about these meter readings when you check in and out. If you use more, this will be deducted from the deposit of EUR 350 and refunded within a week after check-out.
