On the beautiful Blue Bay Resort (Blaauw plantation) are within walking distance of the beach, two apartment buildings: Triple Tree Resort, consisting of the Pool House and Golf House. The secure complex is well located on the 18 hole golf course, close to the airport Hato, a large supermarket and a few minutes drive from Willemstad. At the resort there are also several swimming pools, tennis courts, gym, diving, bikini shop, restaurants, bars, playground etc. The property is beautifully landscaped with lush tropical flora and fauna.

The Triple Tree (The Hill) apartment is located at the end of 2010 completed complex comprising a total of 48 units, divided into 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. TTR 12 apartment is located on the first floor of the pool building, with stunning views over the golf course, pool and sea. The pool building has several lifts. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. The apartment has an extensive inventory of cutlery to irons and lamps to furniture. There are air conditioners and fans which makes the apartment nice and cool and it's comfortable sleep. There are two TVs with TDS receivers in the apartment and there are many channels are available.
