Casa Rosa is located on the brand new Blije Rust 2 site on the west side of Willemstad, a stone's throw from Blue Bay. Surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden with access to a lovely swimming pool for the necessary cooling. The child-friendly apartment has a spacious lounge, open kitchen and 2 bedrooms with air conditioning. It has free wifi and Dutch TV and box with 8000 international channels, Netflix, Primevideo ect. Free parking is available. Towels and bed linen, electricity and water are included.
From Casa Rosa you can easily go to Banda abou (the west side of the island) where the most beautiful beaches are located (Kenepa grandi and chicki, playa grandi on the west point, Lagun, playa Jeremi, Cas Abao, playa Porto Marie). In addition, you are also in the center of Willemstad in no time. Blue bay with beautiful golf course is a 3-minute drive away and the nearest supermarket Centrum is 5 minutes away.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Water and electricity
The accommodation includes normal use of water and electricity. Because electricity is expensive on the island, a maximum has been set for normal use to prevent waste. The meter will be checked before and after your stay. If you exceed the maximum use of 20 kWh per day, this will be settled with you afterwards. The price is then €0.50 per kWh.

Cleaning
If you stay longer than 1 week, the cleaning lady will give the house a small service in the meantime, change beds and bring new towels. This is included in the price. The final cleaning is mandatory and costs 70 euros.

Cot & high chair
In Casa Rosa a cot including mattress, high chair and toys is available. If desired, you can rent it for 25 euros per stay.

Security
The deposit is €250.

Annul
You can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. If you still want to cancel after that, you will pay 50% of the total price + the price of the first night.

In and out
Check-in is from 3 pm. Our hostess will welcome you.
Check-out is at 11 am. Our hostess will wave you goodbye and check the apartment with you.
If you want to stay longer on the day of departure (due to late flight, for example), this can be done in consultation for an additional cost of 45 euros until 3 pm. After 3 pm check-out you pay for 1 night extra.

Our apartment is located near the wonderful beach of Blue Bay where you can swim or sunbathe super. The largest golf course in Curaçao is also a stone's throw away. If you prefer shopping, then Sambil is the shopping mall in the area where you should be. The apartment is located on the South-West side of Willemstad, which means that you can reach Hato international airport in 10-15 minutes by car, but you also have a good base for visiting the city or for the beaches on the west side of the island .
We advise our guests to rent a car on Curaçao. Everything is easily accessible! We may have a contact person who rents out cars, ask us if you are interested
