Water and electricity
The stay includes normal use of water and electricity. Because electricity is expensive on the island, a maximum has been set for normal use to prevent waste. The meters are checked before and after your stay. If you exceed the maximum use of 20 kWh per day, this will be settled with you afterwards. The price is then €0.50 per kWh.

Cleaning
For stays longer than 1 week, the cleaning lady will give the house a small turn in the meantime, change the beds and bring new towels. This is included in the price. The final cleaning is mandatory and costs 70 euros.

Cot & high chair
A cot including mattress, chair and toys is available in Casa Rosa. If desired, you can rent it for 25 euros per stay.

Deposit
The deposit is €250.

Cancel
You can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. If you still want to cancel after that, you pay 50% of the total price + the price of the first night.

In and out
Check-in is from 3 pm. Our hostess will welcome you.
Check-out is at 11am. Our hostess will wave you goodbye and check the apartment with you.
If you want to stay longer on the day of departure (because of a late flight, for example), this can be done in consultation for an additional charge of 40 euros up to 3 hours. After 3 pm check out you pay for 1 night extra.
