Luxury apartment "BLAAUW" located near the gate of Blauwbaai (Blue Bay). The apartment is suitable for 4 people. Possibility to expand with the adjacent apartment for a total of 8 people. (you can open the gate on the terrace). The apartment is on the first floor and is connected to the Indigo apartment via the balcony. This allows you to enjoy a pleasant holiday on Curaçao with a larger group (up to 8 people).

Blije Rust is located on a small, luxurious resort consisting of 5 buildings in a tropical garden with a swimming pool. 10 minutes from Hato airport and 10 minutes from Willemstad. Very centrally located.

From the apartment you can walk to Blue Bay beach, where there are 2 restaurants and a cozy beach bar. There is happy hour every day at 5:00 PM. The apartment is equipped with all amenities, such as a dishwasher, washing machine and American refrigerator. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are also provided.

Together with 2 cousins I jointly own 2 apartments on Curaçao. The wife of one of my cousins, her grandmother, comes from Curaçao, which created the bond with the island. I have been on holiday in Curaçao for the past 2 years and enjoyed the nice weather, the beaches and the nice restaurants. Highly recommended.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
