The house is located on a hilly plot of 200 m2 and is surrounded by plants. The living room and the large terrace flow seamlessly into each other through 2 huge sliding doors on two sides. The 7x3 m swimming pool has a spacious pool deck with various seating areas, 4 sunbeds and a lounge area. At any time of the day there is a spot with shade or sun, the choice is yours!
The outdoor dining area on the covered terrace offers space for 6 people and of course the BBQ is included.
The living room (8x8) has a cozy sitting area, ceiling fans for extra cooling and a television with internet TV.
The kitchen is located in a corner of the living room, the kitchen is equipped with an American fridge freezer and ice maker, dishwasher, oven/microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a generous amount of crockery and kitchen utensils. In the utility room you will find the washing machine.
The master bedroom has patio doors leading out to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are also spacious in size and share the other bathroom.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned to give you cool nights.
Our price includes free WiFi. An average utility consumption of €22.50 per night will be added to your nightly rate. To promote sustainability and avoid unnecessary extra costs, we kindly ask you to be mindful of water and electricity—especially when using the air conditioning.
