Outside, a private swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds, and a covered terrace with dining area and outdoor kitchen, ideal for meals in the open air, awaits. A separate raised terrace with a shaded palapa offers panoramic views of the pool, ocean and surrounding island.
Comfort is paramount at Villa Kas Solo: all bedrooms have air conditioning, there is hot water, and both 110V and 220V connections are available. Guests have exclusive use of the villa, and the hosts can be reached via WhatsApp for any questions or assistance.
Vista Royal is one of the most sought-after locations in Jan Thiel. Everything you need is within walking distance: supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, fitness, spa, casino, beach clubs and of course the beach. The Spanish Water area is close by, and the center of Willemstad is only a 20-minute drive away. For optimal exploration of the island, we recommend renting a car; We are happy to give tips for local rentals.
Practical information
Our nightly rate includes the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, there is a fixed surcharge per night for the consumption of water and electricity. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary costs, we kindly ask guests to be aware and responsible about this.
A one-time cleaning fee per stay will also be charged. This includes professional pre-arrival cleaning and standard final cleaning. Please note that excessive pollution may incur additional charges at the expense of the guest. Intermediate cleaning is available on request at an additional cost and includes fresh linen and towels.
