A spacious and modern luxury villa in a safe residential area in Curaçao, with all the amenities a family or group could wish for, and private access. The villa is a two-storey house with new modern rooms and bathrooms.
It has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a large kitchen/living room. The views from the living room and terrace are breathtaking, both day and night. Lush tropical gardens surround the villa and the separate large swimming pool and pool area.
Known as one of the chic, quiet neighborhoods on the island, the residential area of Jan Sofat is in close proximity to the tourist area of Jan Thiel, where you will find Jan Thiel Beach, several restaurants, casino, spa and bars and water sports facilities. The well-known area of Mambo Beach, with its beach clubs and shops, is just a 15-minute drive away.
Upon entering the central hall you walk past the first bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the left, walk through to the living area with an open kitchen. This is equipped with a dishwasher, combi oven, induction hob and wine fridge, and connects seamlessly with the living space with beamed ceilings.
Wooden shutters above the kitchen sink offer a glimpse of the picturesque Spanish Water and an adjacent covered terrace suitable for dining or entertaining.
The living room also has a side exit through sliding glass doors, which leads to a quiet garden with a serene place for relaxation. The master bedroom, complete with an en-suite bathroom, is located at the end of the hallway. Additional sliding glass doors in the hallway and kitchen reveal a tropical courtyard where the remaining two bedrooms are located, each with its own bathroom with sliding glass doors. All bathrooms have walk-in showers and double sinks.
A descent down the stairs reveals the villa's inviting swimming pool, measuring 6.3m by 3.3m.
Practical information
Our nightly rate includes the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, there is a fixed surcharge per night for the consumption of water and electricity. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary costs, we kindly ask guests to be aware and responsible about this.
A one-time cleaning fee per stay will also be charged. This includes professional pre-arrival cleaning and standard final cleaning. Please note that excessive pollution may incur additional charges at the expense of the guest. Intermediate cleaning is available on request at an additional cost and includes fresh linen and towels.
