Location & Resort
Piscadera Bay Resort is located on the shores of Piscadera Bay and is a refreshing alternative to the busier tourist areas of the island. Each bungalow at the resort is privately owned and uniquely decorated, creating a relaxed and authentic atmosphere.
Our villa is surrounded by lush tropical greenery, including palm trees, oleanders, and bougainvillea, and the soothing sounds of local birds—a Caribbean oasis of its own.
Outdoor living
The villa sits on a 200 m² hillside plot, surrounded by natural vegetation and designed for optimal indoor-outdoor living. Large sliding doors connect the spacious living room with the generous terrace.
The 7 x 3 meter private swimming pool features multiple seating areas, four sunbeds and a comfortable lounge area, with both sunny and shaded areas throughout the day. On the covered terrace is a large dining table for six and a BBQ—perfect for relaxing evenings under the palm trees.
Interior & comfort
Inside you will find a bright and spacious living room (8 x 8 meters) with a comfortable seating area, ceiling fans and a TV with internet streaming.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including:
- American fridge with freezer and ice maker
- Dishwasher
- Oven/microwave
- Coffee machine, toaster and kettle
- Complete cookware and utensils
In addition, there is a separate utility room with washing machine for added convenience.
Bedrooms & bathrooms
The villa has three spacious bedrooms:
- Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace
- Two additional bedrooms sharing a modern second bathroom
- Separate guest toilet
All bedrooms are air-conditioned for a comfortable stay, all year round.

Our price includes free wifi. An average utility consumption of 22.50 EUR per night is added to the nightly rate. To promote sustainability and avoid unnecessary costs, we kindly ask you to be aware of water and electricity, especially when using the air conditioning.
