Welcome to our beautiful penthouse, where you will have 180 degree sea views every morning. The accommodation is 229 m² in size, luxuriously furnished. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, king-size beds, extra pillows and fluffy towels. Here you will experience maximum comfort, privacy and security in the hippest part of Willemstad.
Penthouse The Strand is located on the grounds of the gated and 24/7 secure resort The Strand. The penthouse is fully furnished by a well-known Dutch interior designer. Brands such as Manuel Canovas and Pierre Frey have been used. The interior is inspired by the Caribbean designer India Hicks.
From the complex you can walk directly onto the quiet white sandy beach. There are always plenty of shaded areas and comfortable beach beds available. The reef here is beautiful and offers snorkelers and divers a brilliant underwater experience. Spectacular sunsets from the beach or from your private balcony are the rule rather than the exception. Prefer to take a dip in the pool? No problem, the cooling pool is next to the beach.
The Penthouse is just a 10-minute walk from the old town of Punda. Restaurants, bars, museums, beaches and the shops of the UNESCO World Heritage city center are all just around the corner!
No fewer than 20 restaurants in this area offer various specialties on the menu. Local restaurants with lovingly prepared Curaçao dishes, classic fine dining restaurants, trendy Asian dishes, authentic Italian cuisine, basically everything you fancy, can be found nearby. Don't forget to grab a cocktail at one of the many cocktail bars in the area. Of course with only the best premium drinks and fresh fruit!
Practical information
Our nightly rate includes the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, there is a fixed surcharge per night for the consumption of water and electricity. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary costs, we kindly ask guests to be aware and responsible about this.
A one-time cleaning fee per stay will also be charged. This includes professional pre-arrival cleaning and standard final cleaning. Please note that excessive pollution may incur additional charges at the expense of the guest. Intermediate cleaning is available on request at an additional cost and includes fresh linen and towels.
