We are Martin and Marjan and Bella,

After working as florists in our own flower shop in the Netherlands, we took the step to the great Curaçao a while back and started renting out Caribbean holiday studios/apartments in the best possible neighborhood "de Bottelier" with what is not allowed here. are missing, a lovely spacious cooling swimming pool and a pool bar.
We are ready to give you a carefree holiday!

Explanation of prices

*DEPOSIT

A deposit of € 250 must be paid in cash upon arrival.
You will receive this in cash upon check-out.

*CANCELATIONS/REBOOKINGS

Free cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival!

* However, 50 € administration costs will be charged.
* Cancellations must always be made in writing to the tenants, in the periods of free cancellation (for the periods of 2 weeks from the start).
* Cancellation within 2/1 week before the start costs 50% of the booked amount.
* Cancellations within 1 week before the start of the booking are non-refundable.

* Bookings made within the 2 week periods prior to commencement .
These can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours apart from the €50 administration fee.
After the elapsed 24 hours, the same cancellation conditions apply as above.
