This beautiful recently renovated large villa (180m2) with jacuzzi is located on a mini-resort in the local Montaña district. The villa is suitable for 6 people and has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning. There are enough clothes hangers in the large wardrobes. There are 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and a very spacious fully equipped kitchen.

The living room is furnished with a spacious lounge sofa, 2 comfortable armchairs, with a fan and a large flat screen TV (55 inch) with IPTV so that all channels (Formula 1, ESPN, Netflix, etc.) can be viewed. Electrical outlets are 110V (US plug).

There are 2 more apartments, 'Casa Kaya' and 'Casa Chloe', on the beautifully paved, enclosed, enclosed grounds with an electronic gate. There are 2 carports under which the car can be parked.
