Casa Chloe

This cozy renovated 2 bedroom apartment (60m2) is located on a mini-resort in the quiet Montaña district. It is built in the basement and has its entrance at the rear of the plot where the terrace is also located.

The spacious living room with fully equipped open kitchen is equipped with a sofa, a comfortable armchair, a 4-person dining area and air conditioning. The flat screen TV has IPTV so that all channels (Formula 1, ESPN, Netflix, etc.) can be viewed. Electrical outlets are 110V (US plug).

Both bedrooms have 2 single beds and air conditioners. There is 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. There are enough clothes hangers in the large wardrobes. The rear bedroom is only accessible through the front bedroom where the bathroom is also located. Please take this into account due to any privacy wishes!!

On the beautifully paved, enclosed, fenced area with an electronic gate, there are another Villa, 'Villa Ambrosia' and an apartment 'Casa Kaya' and there are 2 carports under which the car can be parked.

Casa Chloe is a 10-minute drive from the well-known beaches Jan Thiel and Mambo Beach. In the neighborhood there are several restaurants and recreation areas. The cozy center of Willemstad with its many restaurants and shops and the beautifully lit pontoon bridge can be reached within 10 minutes and the airport is a 30-minute drive away. In 30-35 minutes you can reach the most beautiful natural beaches and bays of Curaçao such as Daaibooi, Porto Marie, Cas Abou and Lagun. When you drive a little further towards the Westpunt, you will find the pearly white beaches Grote Knip and Kleine Knip and at Playa Grandi you can enjoy swimming, diving and snorkeling with turtles.
