Casa Chloe

This cozy renovated 2-bedroom apartment (60m2) is located on a mini-resort in the quiet Montaña district. It is built in the basement and has its entrance at the rear of the plot where the terrace is also located.

The spacious living room with fully equipped open kitchen has a sofa, a lovely armchair, a 4-person dining area and air conditioning. The flat screen TV has IPTV so that all channels (Formula 1, ESPN, Netflix, etc.) can be viewed. Sockets are 110V (US plug).

Both bedrooms have double beds and air conditioning. There is 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. There are sufficient clothes hangers in the large wardrobes. The rear bedroom is only accessible via the front bedroom where the bathroom is also located. Please take this into account due to any privacy wishes!!

On the beautifully paved, enclosed, fenced property with electronic gate there is another Villa, 'Villa Ambrosia' and an apartment 'Casa Kaya' and there are 2 carports under which the car can be parked.
There is also camera surveillance on the outside area for your and our safety.

Casa Chloe is an 8-minute drive from the famous Jan Thiel beach and a 10-minute drive from Mambo Beach. Nearby there are several restaurants and recreation areas. The pleasant center of Willemstad with its many restaurants and shops and the beautifully illuminated pontoon bridge is reachable within 10 minutes and the airport is a 30-minute drive. In 30-35 minutes you can reach the most beautiful natural beaches and bays of Curaçao such as Daaibooi, Porto Marie, Cas Abou and Lagun. If you drive a little further towards Westpunt, you will find the pearly white beaches of Grote Knip and Kleine Knip and at Playa Grandi you can enjoy swimming, diving and snorkeling with turtles.
