Villa Pasha is the first villa built in 1948 in Jan Thiel and has the most amazing view. The villa has been renovated and has three apartments, the apartments have a shared swimming pool. Each apartment has its own terrace.

The first owner of Casa Pasha was the well-known Mr. Nixon who in the 1940s was the founder of the Henderson supermarket chain of Curacao and still known as the Centrum supermarket. Upon entering the villa you will immediately fall in love with the beautiful view, the living area and the open kitchen are very spacious and modern. The villa's architect created a relationship between inside and outside, which are so intertwined that the lines between inside and outside are disturbingly blurred.
