Casa 30 offers plenty of space in and around the house. Located at the new Vredenberg Resort, around the corner from Mambo Beach.

With 4 spacious bedrooms, all with air conditioning and two high-end bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone. There is also a baby cot/chair available.

The kitchen is fully equipped and with the sliding doors to the outside you can connect the kitchen and the terrace with a view of Table Mountain!

The villa is located on the new Vredenberg Resort, which is still partly under development. Rest assured, all houses in the immediate area have been completed, so you will experience little to no inconvenience.

Other things to pay attention to:
If you stay longer than 7 nights, an interim cleaning is included.

The given price does not include the consumption of water and electricity. This will be charged afterwards based on actual consumption.
We charge €9 per m3 of water and €0.55 per kilowatt hour.

The meter readings are taken during check-in with our local manager and we also do this at check-out so that this is neatly noted in your presence.
