It consists of:
- 1 front and 1 spacious rear porch
- 2 large bedrooms with low ceilings and air conditioning:
- one equipped with 1 desk, Queen size bed and a closet,
- the other bedroom, equipped with a queen size bed and a closet, too.
- 1 bathroom in the house (shower, sink, toilet)
- 1 bathroom outside the house (sink and toilet)
- as well as an open-air shower, next to the pool
Relax in the living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa and coffee table.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a center island with seating for four, perfect for enjoying a quick breakfast or a cup of coffee before embarking on the day's adventures, whether it's a trip to the beach, exploring the city or conquering the Christoffelberg.
Enjoy your meals on the spacious terrace, while the spacious dining table comfortably seats up to six people. You can also spend relaxing moments on the pool deck, complete with cozy lounge chairs and a hammock that provides shade for relaxing.
Take a dip in the refreshing 1.75 m deep, 3 m wide and 6 m long pool and enjoy the sun rays. The pool is also a haven for bird watchers, with a nearby Bourreria succulenta/Watakeli tree attracting a variety of colorful bird species, including hummingbirds, bananquits, troopers, brown-throated parakeets and other bird species.
The pool is illuminated at night and has sun loungers and seating areas around it for a comfortable stay.
