The house is located on the quiet and 24/7 guarded Villapark Fontein.
Wonderful holiday home suitable for 4 people. The house is situated on a beautiful spacious plot with original vegetation, such as beautiful trees and old cacti.
There is a private swimming pool of 5m X 3m with a lovely sun and shade area
Just 20 minutes from Willemstad and 10 minutes (by car) from the most beautiful beaches of Curaçao where you can dive, swim and snorkel.

The house has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet.
Linen and bath towels provided.
There is a spacious terrace with a large dining table and BBQ, and a beautiful view (the sea in the distance)

We are Edwin and Ellen and have owned our wonderful house Kas Koraal at Villapark Fontein for 13 years. We are experienced landlords, but only now registered with Micazu. We ourselves try to come there 3 to 4 times a year to keep our house in good condition and of course to enjoy the beautiful Curaçao. We play golf (on Blue Bay), play tennis and make beautiful hikes in the beautiful nature. And of course we also regularly have a relaxed beach day.

Explanation of prices

The above prices are per stay and based on 2 persons.
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
