Inside, the villa is practical and fully furnished, including a television, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of crockery, pans, glasses and a washing machine for extra convenience.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

- The basic price is €59.00 per night based on 2 people. 

 From the 3rd person there is a surcharge of €10.00 per person per night.

- We charge a deposit of €500.00 This will include the water and electricity consumption.

- The costs of the mandatory final cleaning are €125.00 and €75.00 for the intermediate cleaning*

  *Intermediate cleaning only applies at the request of the tenant himself!


The rate for water consumption is €10.00 per m3

The rate for electricity is: €0.65 per kw/h
