A53 - Villa Rulfina - is a spacious house, not luxurious, but comfortable, with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and 3 toilets. Practically furnished living room. The two large bedrooms have air conditioning, mosquito net and a spacious wardrobe. The third, smaller room has air conditioning and a made-up bed. A second bed can be placed upon consultation.
Beach items are stored in the closet of the 2nd bedroom: snorkeling gear and beach towels. The house is equipped for 4 to 5 people.
The swimming pool is 4x4 and is located against the porch. It is accessible via a gate in the balustrade. This increases safety for small children. Garden with many oleanders.
Palapa of 4x4, with lounge set, hammock and (folding) sun loungers.
For a baby there is a changing table, baby bed, car seats and high chair.
WiFi available
The daily price (or weekly price) applies for the entire year.
NB. A car (Kia Picanto) is available at the house (if desired).

I am Nilo Sneper, living in Franeker (Fr.). For years my wife and I have enjoyed our house, A53, at Villapark Fontein. I now live in the park in the winter. The rest of the year - approximately mid-May/end of November, the house is available to tenants. For 4, 5 persons in consultation.
The holidaymaker comes for the sun and beach, but exploring the island from Villapark Fontein will undoubtedly give him/her the well-known Curacao trick: keep visiting the island.
