* Construction activities take place at times in the park and in the vicinity of the newly developed section and the holiday home (which cannot be estimated exactly in advance).
** Due to construction work at the holiday park, we offer a temporary discount of 25% on the nightly price**
** Discounted price / valid until December 31, 2025 **
*Free cancellation is only valid when Curacao is completely locked and/or in complete lockdown and it is therefore no longer possible to travel**.
In this case, an alternative travel date will always be considered first!
**The general terms and conditions of BBCRM in Curacao, namely the renting party, apply to all reservations / bookings. For further information and additional cancellation conditions, please visit our site.
**We advise you to take out cancellation insurance before traveling to Curacao**
**The deposit is always refunded on the 1st of the following month after settlement of water/electricity consumption and any damage**

Check-out: before 11:00 am (In consultation with the manager, a late check-out can be discussed in some cases, provided that no new bookings are planned for the next day)!
