What a nice place Coral Estate Luxury Resort is. With an endless view of the sea, peace seekers are immediately in their element here. You're right on the beach, where you can walk into the sea via a staircase. Wear your diving goggles, because Rif St. Marie is perhaps the most beautiful diving and snorkeling reef in all of Curaçao. At the end of the day it is time for dinner at the popular beach restaurant Karakter.. And of course for a beautiful Caribbean sunset. The apartment was newly built in 2021, is located on the ground floor of the complex, is fully equipped and modernly furnished and is part of Cape Marie Luxury Apartments.

The layout and furnishings
The spacious porch with a view of the Caribbean Sea is a wonderful place to eat, drink and relax. The comfortable, spacious corner sofa offers space for 6 people. There is also a 4-person dining table. The ceiling fan provides a cool breeze. From the porch you can walk straight to the spacious swimming pool.

The spacious, bright living room and open kitchen are fully equipped. The cooking island with comfortable bar stools is equipped with an induction hob. You will also find an American refrigerator with ice dispenser, a dishwasher, a combination microwave, a blender and a Nespresso machine in the kitchen. The living room is multifunctional. You will find a 4-seater (dining) table and a comfortable 3-seater sofa. There is free fast WiFi, the smart TV has international TV and also Dutch channels, and access to Netfilx or your own accounts.

The 2 spacious bedrooms are each equipped with air conditioning and wardrobes. There is a king-size box spring and 2 separate box spring beds in the second bedroom. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and double sink.

To ensure that you really enjoy your holiday, the resort has two restaurants, a bar and a bakery where you can get delicious pastries and cakes during the day or eat pizza in the evening. A spa with massages completes the facilities. There is a PADI diving school at the resort for taking a diving course, guided practice diving on the house reef or renting diving equipment is possible. They organize a boat dive on the adjacent reefs several times a week.

Cape Marie is growing!
Due to the increasing demand for luxury holiday accommodations on Curacao, Cape Marie building C is currently being developed. It is expected that this building will be completed in 2025 with the tropical gardens and swimming pool, thus forming a beautiful whole in the developments of the Coral Estate master plan. Due to the construction work, you may experience some inconvenience. Because our apartment is located in the middle of the building, our experience is that this will be kept to a minimum.
