This beautiful and spacious 12-person villa is located on the most beautiful and highest part of Coral Estate Resort. This villa is perfectly built for the Caribbean climate and is excellent on the cooling breeze. Around the porches and the terrace you look out on all sides over the azure blue sea.
At the rear of the villa, after you have walked a short distance along a beautifully landscaped path, you can see the entire inland lake from your personal vantage point; a mountainous nature reserve where the sea enters and goes towards the salt pans of Jan Kok. Few homes have this beautiful double view!
Upon entering the house you will immediately see the attractive courtyard garden that flows into the open living room. The adjoining very spacious open kitchen has direct connection to the porch and the spacious outdoor dining table. All 6 bedrooms are located around the courtyard garden. The master bedroom offers you direct access to the porch and the swimming pool. All bedrooms have their own outdoor terrace where you can retreat quietly. Of course, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and the shutters in the doors make it great to sleep on the cooling trade wind. The total living area is 715 m2.
On the porch at the front is the spacious pool deck with a spacious swimming pool. This is a lovely place where you can dine, bbq, relax on the sunbeds in the sun or shade. The palapa by the pool is a nice shady lounge area where you can enjoy the view and the sunset with your cool drink.
On the ground floor you will find our fitness room that you can use during your stay, of course our mountain bikes are also at your disposal for a challenging ride through the hilly surroundings.
This 12-person villa is equipped with all modern facilities, including an American fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, telephone, a sonos sound system and of course wifi in all areas of the villa. We have consciously chosen to set up our villa as ecologically as possible. We do this by using solar energy, rainwater recycling and we do not use chemicals for the swimming pool.
Villa Gran Vista is located on Villa Park Coral Estate, a beautiful resort on Banda Abou. The park has 24-hour security and is close to many popular beaches with beautiful diving and snorkeling sites. At Coral Estate Centre there is a beach, spa, the popular restaurant Karakter, diving school and Rooftop Terrace Bar Koraal. Villa Park Coral Estate offers a lot of luxury, space, nature and is located on the Caribbean Sea.
Practical information
Our nightly rate includes the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, there is a fixed surcharge per night for the consumption of water and electricity. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary costs, we kindly ask guests to be aware and responsible about this.
There is also a cleaning fee per stay. This includes professional pre-arrival cleaning, interim refreshment and the standard final cleaning. Please note that excessive pollution may incur additional charges at the guest's expense.
