Villa Gran Vista

This beautiful and spacious 12-person villa is located on the most beautiful and highest part of Coral Estate Resort. This villa is perfectly built for the Caribbean climate and is ideally suited to the cooling wind. Around the porches and the terrace you have a view of the azure blue sea on all sides.

At the rear of the villa, after you have walked a short distance via a beautifully constructed path, you will see the entire inland lake from your personal vantage point; a mountainous nature reserve where the sea enters and heads towards the salt pans of Jan Kok. Few homes have this beautiful double view!

Upon entering the house you will immediately see the attractive courtyard that flows into the open living room. The adjoining very spacious open kitchen has direct connection to the porch and the spacious dining table outside. All 6 bedrooms are located around the inner garden. The master bedroom   offers you direct access to the porch and pool. All bedrooms have their own outdoor terrace where you can relax in peace. Of course all bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and the shutters in the doors make it great to sleep on the cooling trade wind. The total living space is 715 m2.

The spacious pool deck with large swimming pool is located on the front porch. This is a wonderful place where you can dine, BBQ and relax on the sunbeds in the sun or shade. The palapa by the pool is a nice shady lounge area where you can enjoy the view and the sunset with your cool drink.

On the ground floor you will find our fitness room which you can use during your stay, of course our mountain bikes are also at your disposal for a challenging ride through the hilly surroundings.

This 12-person villa is equipped with all modern facilities, including American fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, telephone, a sonos sound system and of course wifi in all areas of the villa.We have deliberately chosen to make our villa as ecological as possible to set up. We do this by using zone energy, recycling rainwater and we do not use chemicals for the swimming pool.

Villa Gran Vista is located on Villapark Coral Estate, a beautiful resort on Banda Abou. The park has 24-hour surveillance and is close to many popular beaches with beautiful diving and snorkeling locations. Coral Estate Center has a beach, spa, the popular restaurant Karakter, diving school and Rooftop Terrace Bar Koraal.
