The luxury villa was completely renovated at the end of 2021 and equipped with all modern comforts. It is completely free & private on a corner of the park and offers 180° spectacular sea view from the very spacious pool deck with pool and terrace.

The interior is in beach style; hip & modern. The spacious villa has a modern living room with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is suitable for 2 to 10 people.

Villa Marie is a completely renovated & detached villa with a unique 180° view over the blue Caribbean Sea.

The villa has a very spacious, shaded terrace with large dining table and additional sitting areas. Lovely, open living room with modern kitchen and transparent roller shutter of up to 7 meters wide which can be fully opened. So you have the idea that you live outside!

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the same level as the living room and open kitchen are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms share a large bathroom, the third bedroom has a private bathroom.

Via a staircase, the terrace is connected to the pool deck and the lovely, large swimming pool, the sunbeds and the sitting area. The view of the sea here is phenomenal.

During the day and in the evening you can also sit here and enjoy the sea view and in the evening the setting sun!

At the park you can also walk from the villa (via stairs or the road) to the beach of Coral Estate.

There are also sunbeds here and various snorkeling and diving opportunities. At the beach there is also the delicious restaurant Character and the pool bar Koraal with a large (shared) swimming pool.

There is also a bakery in the park.

In connection with (small) children, it is good to know that the pool at the villa is not fenced. The fence around the pool deck is also open and there are several stairs.
