Villa Coral Beach is located on Villapark Coral Estate, a beautiful luxury park on the Rif St. Marie with 24-hour security and close to many popular beaches with beautiful diving and snorkeling locations.

Coral Estate has a beach, spa, restaurant Karakter, diving school, gift shop, bakery Bread and More, Pizzeria and Rooftop Terrace Bar Koraal.

Villa Coral Beach offers you a modest sea view, 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, tropical gardens, a spacious private swimming pool and a palapa for nice shade. The villa is wonderfully exposed to the wind, so the temperature is always comfortable.

This beautiful Patio villa was designed by Jan des Bouvrie and is located in phase 7 of Coral Estate. Due to its location on a small ridge with both a front and back garden, the villa is perfectly suitable for permanent residence or for holiday rental. The entrance provides access to the hall with the spacious living room behind it. The living room has high ceilings and two double doors and a sliding door to the large semi-covered porch from which you have a sea view. Thanks to the spacious terrace and the living room, the house offers plenty of living space.

At the rear of the house is the modern semi-open kitchen which is comfortably equipped with appliances. The location of the kitchen is wonderfully central between the living room on the one hand and the garden where a lot of people live on the other. The master bedroom is located at the front of the house and has double doors to the veranda. The modern en-suite bathroom is fully equipped with sink, shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms are located at the rear of the house and both have their own bathroom. Both bedrooms have double doors to the spacious garden with a beautiful swimming pool and majestic views over the green area to the back of the resort. The guest toilet is located in the hall.

The beautiful garden behind the house faces the wind very well. This is a really nice place to spend the warm afternoons of Curaçao. There is a large swimming pool with plenty of space around it to enjoy the sun. There is also more than enough space for children to play. A large palapa has been built to escape from the sun. Due to the spacious layout of the backyard, there are several places where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

We are Ruud and Lia and we have a wonderful holiday home at Coral Estate. We love Curacao, the sun, sea, versatility and friendly people. When we are not there ourselves, we really enjoy letting other people enjoy our wonderful Caribbean spot. Be welcome!

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.

Check in is from 3 pm on the day of arrival, you will be personally checked in by the property manager.

Check out is no later than 11:00 am on the day of departure. You will be personally checked out by the administrator.
