This stunning villa is set on a generous plot of 1,300 m² of private land and features a lush, tropical garden with a private swimming pool. There is plenty of space to park your car in the driveway. One of the biggest advantages of our house is that the beach, as well as the three excellent restaurants, are only a 4-minute walk away.
The Villa:
To enter the villa, take the staircase of 12 steps, which leads you into the hall. On this level are the spacious living room, the open kitchen and a covered porch. From the veranda you have direct access to the beautiful private swimming pool and the tropical garden.
Living room:
The living room is generously and comfortably furnished with a large sofa. Two ceiling fans and the Caribbean trade winds ensure a pleasant temperature. For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV and a JBL speaker are provided.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
From the living room, a staircase of seven steps leads to the top floor, where there are two spacious bedrooms of 20 m² and 17 m² respectively.

All bedrooms have air conditioning, a flat screen TV, and a luxury hotel bed (1.80 m x 2.10 m), a spacious wardrobe and a desk.
Two of the bedrooms also offer a balcony or terrace with panoramic views over the garden and a 'glimpse of the ocean'. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom for optimal comfort.
Kitchen and utility room:
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and offers everything needed for preparing delicious meals. In the garden is a Weber griddle, ideal for a cozy barbecue. The utility room includes a washing machine and tumble dryer, for added convenience.
General Features:
The entire villa is equipped with shutters and mosquito nets, so you can enjoy a pleasant, insect-free environment.
