Nice studio for 2 persons at the Setaliste San Marco in the atmospheric old town of Labin (Albona) with fabulous views over the sea and the islands. The old town dates back to 800 BC and the property itself is connected to one of the city gates. Terraces and restaurants around the corner! Excellent base for beach, mountain biking and hiking.


There are several seaside resorts in the immediate vicinity, including Rabac at 3 km and the islands of Cres and Losinj are certainly worth a visit. Restaurants are a stone's throw away and as a tenant you will receive a registration to park your car. The studio has 1 double bed and can be rented for a minimum of 3 days. In combination with the neighboring house San Marco (see elsewhere on Micazu) you have room for 8 people.

Opportunity to sit outside and sea view. Restaurants, terraces and cafes around the corner!
There is also a small supermarket and bakery in the immediate vicinity. Coffee maker and kettle (no kitchen).
Access to the old town by car through license plate recognition possible.

Nearest beach at 2.8 km.

Labin is an excellent starting point for active holidays (walking, cycling, swimming, mountain biking, etc), but beach lovers and culture lovers will also get their money's worth here.
