Welcome,

We are Jos and Jacqueline, come from the Netherlands and are the owners of Villa Brisa. We bought this beautiful house in 2015 and renovated it into a luxury villa. We fell in love with Croatia in 2012 and even got married there in June 2014. The name Brisa is a combination of the names of our daughters: Britt and Isa. We do this because we really enjoy it when guests have had a nice holiday in our house in beautiful Croatia.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

For groups with young people, the average age must be above 35 years!!
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 4 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 120th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
