Your holiday home is on the Setaliste San Marco in the old town of Labin (Albona) and offers fabulous views over the sea and the islands. The old town dates back to 800 BC and the property itself is connected to one of the city gates. You are literally on the ringside, right on the boulevard San Marco.

Still plenty of availability in high season! If the travel advice for Istria/Croatia is still orange on June 28, we will refund the entire deposit.

There are several seaside resorts in the immediate vicinity, such as Rabac at 3 km. The islands of Cres and Losinj are also definitely worth a visit. Dining options on your doorstep, (optional) a great roof terrace with BBQ. As a tenant you will receive a registration to be able to park your car. The house consists of 2 buildings, which are connected to each other, with a total of 2 entrances, suitable for 2 to 6 people and can be rented for a minimum of 3 days. The main house contains a living room with kitchen and sofa bed, bathroom and 1 bedroom. The accommodation that can be rented optionally (see options "guest house) contains a relaxation area, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 bathroom and an impressive roof terrace with BBQ (where the tile floor is now being laid and photos follow). This can also be linked to a romantic studio for 2 people, which is on Micazu with a separate advertisement (Marco Polo), with private bathroom and sitting area, so that the group can be expanded to 8 people (if the studio is available).

The property is therefore available from 2 people as an apartment with a sofa bed (max. 4 people) and with an extension of the adjacent building, with an extra bedroom, recreation room, bathroom and roof terrace for up to 6 people. To do this, check the option "extra rental guest house".
In addition, it can also be linked to the studio for 2 people called Marco Polo, which can be found in a separate advertisement on Micazu.

There is also a small supermarket and bakery in the immediate vicinity.
Access to the old town with 1 car through license plate recognition possible.

Nearest beach at 2.8 km.

Labin is an excellent starting point for active holidays (walking, cycling, swimming, mountain biking, etc), but beach lovers and culture lovers will also get their money's worth here.

From the first moment I got to know Istria, I was in love with the beautiful coastlines, the views over the sea and the many islands, the nice climate. I now manage a few holiday homes here and I love having my guests enjoy a carefree holiday. I will be present throughout the holiday season and can also highly recommend the pre and post season to everyone!

Extra price information

The down payment is 30% of the total rental amount and must be transferred immediately.
The reservation is only final when the down payment has been paid. The remainder must be paid by bank before July 5, 2021.

Note: On June 28, 2021, we will determine whether the rental can go ahead. For example, if on June 28, Istria is still on code orange, we will refund the 30% deposit and will probably remain closed this summer. If we decide that the rental can go ahead and the travel advice is positive, the remaining rental amount must be credited to our bank account no later than July 5.

Cancellation by the tenant: the full rent remains due. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance if possible.

What happens if the travel advice turns orange again in the course of July / August? Anyone who has a continuous travel insurance policy that has been taken out before March 2020 may be covered against it. If this is not the case, this risk is probably difficult to insure. The risk is of course much smaller than last year, now that the vaccination campaigns have gained momentum and extensive testing can be done.
