The attractive holiday home De Piraat, located in the old town of Labin, consists of two linked apartments, each with its own bathroom/toilet, bedroom and cooking facilities. It offers space for up to 6 people.
The right-hand apartment has a bedroom with two single beds, a small kitchen-diner and a bathroom with shower and toilet, plus a roof terrace with fantastic views.
The left apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the spacious living room/kitchen, a bathroom with sink and shower and a separate toilet in the hall.
The ancient city of Labin (formerly called Albona) dates back to 800 BC and the building itself is connected to one of the city gates. You literally have a front row seat, right on the San Marco boulevard with its terraces and restaurants. You can park for free on the boulevard near the apartment (permit system with license plate recognition).
There are several seaside resorts in the immediate vicinity, such as Rabac, 3 km away. The islands of Cres and Losinj are also definitely worth a visit.

There is also a small supermarket and bakery nearby.
Nearest beach at 2.8 km.
Labin is an excellent starting point for active holidays (walking, cycling, swimming, mountain biking, etc.), but beach lovers and culture lovers will also get their money's worth here.
The apartment is not suitable for small children or guests with mobility problems.
