The attractive holiday home De Piraat, located in the old town of Labin, consists of two linked apartments, each with its own bathroom/toilet, bedroom and cooking facilities. The apartment on the right has a bedroom with two single beds, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet, plus A roof terrace with fantastic views.
The apartment on the left has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the spacious living room/kitchen, a bathroom with sink and shower and a separate toilet in the hall.
The ancient city of Labin (formerly called Albona) dates back to 800 BC and the property itself is connected to one of the city gates. You literally have a front row seat, right on the boulevard San Marco with its terraces and restaurants. You can park for free near the apartment on the boulevard (permit system with license plate recognition).
There are several seaside resorts in the immediate vicinity, such as Rabac at 3 km. The islands of Cres and Losinj are also worth a visit.

Directly nearby is also a small supermarket annex bakery.
Nearest beach at 2.8 km.
Labin is an excellent starting point for active holidays (hiking, cycling, swimming, mountain biking etc.), but beach lovers and culture lovers will also get their money's worth here.
The apartment is not suitable for small children or guests with walking difficulties.
Parking permit included, and there is a charging point for electric cars directly nearby.
