The attractive apartment De Piraat, located in the old town of Labin, offers space for two people. It can possibly be combined with the adjacent apartments San Marco and Marco Polo, both also available through Micazu, so the capacity can be expanded to a maximum of 8 people .

The apartment De Piraat has a double bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet, plus a roof terrace with fantastic views.

The ancient city of Labin (formerly called Albona) dates back to 800 BC and the property itself is connected to one of the city gates. You literally have a front row seat, right on the boulevard San Marco with its terraces and restaurants. .

There are several seaside resorts in the immediate vicinity, such as Rabac at 3 km. The islands of Cres and Losinj are also definitely worth a visit.

From the first moment I got to know Istria, I was in love with the beautiful coastlines, the views over the sea and the many islands, the nice climate. I now manage a few holiday homes here and I love having my guests enjoy a carefree holiday.
